Billing questions
What is an image?
The unit we charge for. A single post is one image. A four-slide carousel is four, because it generates four. A Reel cover is one.
Do unused images roll over?
No. Your allowance resets each month when your payment goes through.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, then the workspace moves back to Free.
Why is publishing free?
Because a plan you cannot try is not a trial. Free includes five images and can publish all of them to Instagram.
